Atlanta's Arts & Entertainment Authority announces grant program Atlanta's Arts & Entertainment Department Announces Grant Program The Downtown Atlanta Arts & Entertainment Project (AE Atlanta) is an economic development and neighborhood activation initiative. Through the program, new outdoor media, local art, and advertising are incorporated with cultural and public space programming throughout the city. Light, vitality, and activity make A&E Atlanta a true reflection of Atlanta. Artists and / or arts organizations working on projects in Downtown Atlanta will be eligible for grants from Arts & Entertainment Atlanta. We will award grants in the range of $500 - $1000.
